Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 September 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to the app “Splash It – Party Games” by Impulse Apps, owner Sherif Mahmoud, Hermannstal 16, 22119 Hamburg, Germany. Apple’s Standard EULA applies in addition.

2. What you get

Splash It bundles party games that a group plays together on one device. Every game and category is free. The free version shows ads. An optional subscription removes the ads; it does not unlock anything else.

3. Use

You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the app privately. Decompiling, modifying or reselling the app or its content is not allowed unless the law expressly permits it.

Dares and questions, for example in “Truth or Dare”, are suggestions. Everyone decides for themselves whether to take part. Please play respectfully and only with people who want to.

4. Subscription and payment

The ad-free subscription is available weekly or yearly, each with a 3-day free trial. It is billed through your Apple account; you see the price before you buy. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If the trial ends without cancellation, the paid subscription starts.

You can cancel at any time in the iPhone settings under your name → Subscriptions. Purchases can be restored in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Availability

We keep developing the app and may change, add or discontinue games and features as long as this does not put you at an unreasonable disadvantage. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

7. Changes

If these terms change, we will announce it in the app or on this page. The version published here applies.

8. Law and contact

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Questions and feedback: support@impulse-apps.de.
